All items are handmade and made to order, so please allow time for production before shipping, Processing times may vary depending on the item, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.  

FLOWER LEIS PROCESSING TIME: 3-5 business days / ESTIMATED DELIVERY 5-10 business days (may vary depending on location and carrier chosen by customer upon checkout).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.  We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in resolving any shipping issues the best we can.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
